cr7vip Platform User Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout all clauses and any supplementary documents incorporated herein by reference:

• "Platform" refers to the cr7vip website, mobile-optimized web interface, and any associated services accessible via https://cr7vip.cam.
• "Account" means the individual member account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process and identity verification.
• "User" / "Member" means any individual who has registered for and holds an active account on the cr7vip platform.
• "Funds" means the balance held in a User's account denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), comprising deposited real-money funds and any bonus funds credited subject to applicable wagering conditions.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by a User via an approved payment method and available for wagering and withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User's account subject to the wagering requirements and validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a User must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process through which cr7vip confirms a User's identity, age, and residency prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Sportsbook" refers to the sports betting vertical of the platform, covering football (bandar bola — Indonesia's popular football wagering market), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, e-sports, and other sports markets.
• "Togel" refers to the togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) vertical offered on the platform, encompassing Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau market draws.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond cr7vip's reasonable control, including but not limited to server outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, governmental actions, or telecommunications failures.

To register for and use the cr7vip platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. cr7vip maintains a strict policy of no service to individuals under 21 years of age.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of cr7vip or any affiliated gaming entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the cr7vip platform or any affiliated platform for breach of terms, fraud, or self-exclusion.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must ensure that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful. cr7vip does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by statute.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active account on the cr7vip platform. The opening and maintenance of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

cr7vip operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal, you will be required to submit valid government-issued identification documents, which may include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• Valid passport issued by the government of Indonesia
• Additional supporting documents as required by cr7vip's compliance team, such as proof of address or payment method ownership

cr7vip reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including prior to first deposit, and to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed. KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. cr7vip will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

All cr7vip accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in IDR. cr7vip does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

cr7vip accepts deposits via the following payment channels approved for use by Indonesian members:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

cr7vip does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which cr7vip accepts no responsibility.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (varies by payment method)
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day. Please refer to the payment section within your account dashboard for current limits applicable to your account tier.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. c r7vip targets the following processing timeframes, though actual transfer times depend on your bank or e-wallet provider:

• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically within 15–60 minutes
• Local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): typically within 1–3 business hours during WIB banking hours (08:00–15:00 WIB, Monday–Friday)
• Withdrawals submitted outside banking hours may be processed on the next available business day

cr7vip reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction is flagged by our compliance or fraud prevention systems.

cr7vip is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the platform are subject to automated and manual monitoring. Accounts suspected of engaging in suspicious financial activity will be suspended pending investigation, and relevant information may be disclosed to competent authorities as required by applicable law. Deposits made to a cr7vip account must originate only from payment accounts held in your own name.

cr7vip offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only and may not be claimed by individuals using VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to obscure their true location.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements on cr7vip bonuses typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. The exact requirement is always stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses carry a validity period, stated in the applicable promotion terms, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
• cr7vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where operationally practicable.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Certain game categories, such as togel and specific live casino tables, may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward wagering requirement fulfilment. Game contribution rates are published within individual promotion terms.

cr7vip employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using matched betting strategies to extract guaranteed value from bonus offers, or coordinating with other members to manipulate promotion outcomes. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All bets placed on the cr7vip platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation; the odds at which the bet slip is accepted are final.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to return a profit. If any leg is voided, it is treated as a single at odds of 1.00 unless otherwise stated.
• Asian handicap (voor bola) markets operate according to standard Asian handicap rules. Half-wins and half-losses are settled at 50% of the full stake at the stated odds.
• BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup markets are covered. Market availability is subject to fixture scheduling and may be suspended or removed at short notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Live in-play betting is offered on selected markets. Live odds reflect real-time match conditions and are adjusted continuously. cr7vip reserves the right to suspend live betting on any market at any time.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to typographical errors resulting in odds materially inconsistent with the true market — cr7vip reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

• All slot games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the platform's game information panels.
• Progressive jackpot games are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. Jackpot amounts shown are indicative and subject to change in real time.
• Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studios, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and others. These games are subject to the studio's own published rules, which are displayed within the game interface.

The togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) vertical on cr7vip covers Togel SGP (Singapore), Togel HK (Hong Kong), Togel SDY (Sydney), and Togel Macau draws. Settlement is based on official draw results published by the respective lottery organizations. In the event of a draw cancellation or postponement, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cr7vip platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, regardless of the name, device, IP address, or payment method used.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other members or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using VPN, proxy, or Tor network services to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true identity or location.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in the platform to derive an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at cr7vip support staff or other platform users.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of a third party, including facilitating bets for individuals who are ineligible to register directly.

cr7vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible directly within every member account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. cr7vip will not accept any deposits or bets from a self-excluded account for the full duration of the exclusion. If you believe your gambling behavior is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to utilize these tools and to seek independent professional support.

All cr7vip members must be 21 years of age or older. We enforce age verification at both registration and withdrawal stages. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds held in the account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

All content on the cr7vip platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, graphical assets, software, game interfaces, marketing copy, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of cr7vip or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the cr7vip platform without prior written authorization from cr7vip.

The cr7vip name and logo are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorized use of these trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cr7vip, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the cr7vip platform or any part thereof.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by planned maintenance, unplanned outages, or Force Majeure events.
• Technical errors in odds display that are corrected prior to bet settlement, where the correction is made in accordance with Clause 6.1 of these Terms.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on game statistics, odds data, or other information displayed on the platform, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute advice.
• Any financial losses arising from gaming activity conducted on the platform, which is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, cr7vip's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits cr7vip's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

You may request closure of your cr7vip account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 2 business days, subject to the resolution of any pending bets and the completion of any outstanding withdrawal requests. Remaining real-money funds will be returned to your verified payment method following KYC confirmation.

cr7vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected engagement in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Abuse of promotional offers or collusion with other members.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction.

Where an account is closed by cr7vip due to confirmed breach of these Terms, any funds derived from prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money deposits not connected to the breach will be returned to the account holder following investigation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which cr7vip operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through cr7vip's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits cr7vip's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in connection with intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or platform security matters.

cr7vip reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they significantly affect member rights or obligations — cr7vip will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the cr7vip platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.1.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that all members review this page periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.
